Another successful heating plant upgrade that was engineered by our team.

We were tasked with overhauling the aging steel boiler with gas fired condensing boilers. The scope encompassed the redesign of both building’s central heating and domestic hot water by using the new boilers with new Plate and Frame heat exchangers to inject heat into the existing condenser loop of the building. Because of the efficiency upgrades of the new system, the pumps were downsized from 100 HP to 60 HP. We worked with Entech’s Energy Management System to develop a customized, high end control system that would help optimize building performance. We are looking forward to see the fuel consumption savings over the year!
